They are 65% polyester 35% cotton
I bleach the front and spritz around the front but I DO NOT BLEACH THE BACKS UNLESS YOU ASK ME TO IN THE NOTES SECTION
They are for sublimation or direct to film(dtf) 

once purchase the size and color leave in notes if you want to do sublimation or dtf image on them and if you have an image in mind(or saw on live or posted in group) leave in notes!
